Appointments

Multi-Language Appointment Forms

We now provide translations for Self-Scheduling and Appointment Request forms. Standard content on both forms is pre-translated and ready to use.

If you have custom content, such as questions, headers, footers and intercepts, you can edit translations for these by accessing the new Translation Tool dashboard.

With this release, you can update translations within each line item. We plan to improve this process to allow bulk uploads for translation updates in the future.

Patients will be able to change the form language via a dropdown, which will automatically populate selected languages under Interview Settings > Interview Config.

This feature will be immediately available for all clients using multi-language and appointment forms (either the Appointment Request form or the Self-Scheduling form).

Eligibility and Benefits

New and Improved Copay Overlay

We’ve updated the overlay that appears when you manually update a patient’s copay information. Now, staff can specify the preferred copay value directly within this overlay. With this change, we’ve reduced the number of clicks needed to update copay information from five to just one—saving time and increasing efficiency.

This feature will be immediately available.

Registration

Patient Report Update

We have refined the Patient Report functionality into a more visually intuitive experience. You’ll benefit from a better use of space, a more modern appearance and a streamlined question display that allow you to see all relevant responses in one view.

These updates will be immediately available.

Communications

Non-Integrated Patient Outreach Manager: Requirements Update

We’ve changed the file upload requirements for our non-integrated Patient Outreach Manager (POM) so that you can upload a file even if some patients are missing a cell phone number or email address.

While these fields are no longer required, you’ll need to have at least one valid form of patients’ contact information to successfully send campaigns.

This change will be immediately available to all organizations currently using the non-integrated POM.

Content

Patient Feedback Header

We now offer enhanced user support for Digital Patient Engagement (DPE), the optional educational content presented after intake to patients who opt in to receive it. This functionality will allow patients to review frequently asked questions about DPE and/or to contact Phreesia directly from their own device if they need further assistance.

This functionality will be enabled in waves beginning Sept. 12 for all organizations that use DPE.
