Analytics

“Know Your Patients – Medications” Report

We have added a new report called “Know Your Patients – Medications.”

This report offers healthcare organizations insights into their patient populations by providing data related to trends about some of the most popular prescription medications in the U.S.

You can use these insights to inform strategic decision-making, identify patients’ potential risk factors and assess medication interactions, enabling your organization to better understand your patient population and improve care delivery.

This will be immediately available upon release. If you don’t have access to the report, please contact your Phreesia representative.

Eligibility and Benefits

Credential Validation for Vision Payers

We’ve developed a more streamlined way for ophthalmology and optometry groups to verify and update vision payer credentials prior to patient visits.

The feature automatically flags inaccurate or expired credentials in the Credential Manager and prompts staff to add corrected credentials, leading to a higher number of successful E&B checks.

This will be immediately available upon release for organizations using Phreesia’s Vision Insurance E&B functionality.

Payments

Payment Assurance – Uploaded by User Filter

With this release, we’ve added a new “Uploaded By” filter on the Payment Assurance dashboard that lets you view Payment Assurance transactions based on which user uploaded them.

In addition, we’ve added a new column on the transaction dashboard display that reflects which user uploaded the transaction set. This functionality gives your staff greater visibility into when patients have paid their deposits.

This functionality will be immediately available upon release for all organizations using Payment Assurance.
