Launch PhreesiaOnCall from the Dashboard

What’s new: We’ve added a new PhreesiaOnCall menu item to your Dashboard!

  • Existing users: Soon, you’ll be able to click “PhreesiaOnCall” to launch the tool without logging into a separate account. (This functionality is currently in beta.
  • New to PhreesiaOnCall? Click the menu item to learn more or get started.

How this helps you: You’ll no longer need to manage a separate login to access PhreesiaOnCall. You won’t have to manage users, password resets or other account settings across both PhreesiaOnCall and the Phreesia Dashboard.

Next step: You’ll see this new item on your Dashboard automatically.

Upgrade your Phreesia Registration app for PadX

What’s new: The new version of the PadX Phreesia Registration app, 25.5, is now available.

How this helps you: Keeping your app up to date with our releases ensures you’re using the most reliable and secure version.

Next step: If you own your PadX, manually upgrade and restart them. If you rent them, restart and we’ll upgrade them during an after-hours maintenance window. Keep your devices on Wi-Fi and plugged in to charge during this time.

Communications

Help patients re-subscribe after opting out of your text messages

What’s new: We’ve fixed an issue where staff couldn’t always see how to re-subscribe patients who previously opted out of text messages.

Now, you’ll see the instructions in your Patient Communications settings:

 

How this helps you: It will be easier to manage patients’ communication subscriptions.

Next step: This fix will be automatically available.

Get more value from each broadcast message template

What’s new: You can now include variables for addresses and provider names in your broadcast messages, meaning the same template can work as a final reminder for many appointment types.   

How this helps you: There’s no need to create a new template for appointment reminders for each provider or location, so you can work more quickly.

Registration

Keep your PadX card reader firmware up to date

What’s new: We’re upgrading the firmware of PadX card readers to version 003.

How this helps you: We’ll have more visibility into any hardware issues so we can address them quickly. Plus, upgrading to the latest version means you’ll benefit from the latest security improvements and bug fixes.

Next step: This upgrade will be automatically available.

Phreesia Library

Phreesia offers a library of standardized tools and best-practice content designed to align with industry recommendations and increase completion rates. These pre-built modules can be seamlessly added to your existing intake workflows. Organizations that use these modules see a 9.5% lower drop rate, and patients complete interviews 48.8% faster compared to custom content.

Patient-Reported Height/Weight

We’ve added an intake module to collect information on patients’ height and weight so you can address their health needs more holistically. 

Gender and sex language in Insurance and Responsible Party modules

We’ve ensured that any fields offering only “Male” and “Female” as options are now labeled as “Sex” rather than “Gender” in the Insurance and Responsible Party demographic modules.


Standardized tools

We now offer the following clinically validated patient-reported outcomes (PROs).

Modified Fagerstrom Tolerance Questionnaire (mFTQ) 

This seven-item tool assesses nicotine dependence in people between 14-20 years of age. Results can help guide appropriate intervention and resources.
