Phreesia Honored with Allscripts Developer Program Partner of the Year

New York, NY August 9, 2016—Phreesia, the nation’s leader in patient intake management, has been named the Allscripts Developer Program (ADP) Partner of the Year for the second year in a row. The award recognizes the strength of the Phreesia-Allscripts partnership, and Phreesia’s commitment to helping healthcare organizations transform the patient experience, drive profitability and optimize staffing.

“We chose Phreesia as the ADP Partner of the Year for the second year in a row because their patient intake offering sets the industry standard,” said Tina Joros, Director, Allscripts Developer Program. “Healthcare is changing fast, and Phreesia gives our customers the tools they need to improve workflow and enhance clinical care.”

In 2014, Phreesia became the first ADP partner to support integrations with Allscripts Practice Management system and Allscripts Pro and TouchWorks EMRs. Since then, Phreesia has continued to expand their product offering, providing unparalleled discrete data integration with all three products.

The Phreesia-Allscripts network continues to grow. In 2015 alone, Phreesia completed over 5 million check-ins for practices using Allscripts, and touched an Allscripts patient every second of the business day.

“Receiving this award two years in a row is an incredible honor and a testament to our great partnership with Allscripts,” said Phreesia CEO Chaim Indig. “We’re looking forward to continuing to grow that partnership and drive results for our mutual clients.”

Phreesia and Allscripts practices are seeing outstanding results:

  • Nearly 20% of patient check-ins at Raleigh Medical Group are confirmed or completed prior to arrival using Phreesia’s Pre-Visit, with patients ranging in age from 19 to 95 years old.
  • Patients at Robert Wood Johnson Physician Enterprise who complete their intake on the PhreesiaPad are more than twice as likely to pay their outstanding balance at the time of service than those who were checked in manually.
  • And in the last year, Silver Pine Medical Group used Phreesia to capture more than 4,000 patient satisfaction surveys, gathering key data on measures such as satisfaction with provider communication, appointment availability and overall practice experience.
