What’s new: Phreesia VoiceAI now guides patients through medication refill requests, collecting key details during the call, and sharing a structured summary with your team. Patients also receive a text confirmation once their refill request is submitted.

How this helps you: Your staff receives complete, accurate refill information the first time, reducing follow-up calls and speeding up processing. Patients benefit from a simple, guided experience without needing to call back.

Next step: This feature will be automatically enabled for eligible clients using Voice Navigation.

What’s new: VoiceAI can now handle appointment cancellations for Veradigm clients, verifying patients, identifying appointments, and updating schedules in real time. Patients receive a confirmation text once completed.

How this helps you: Reduce the number of routine calls your staff needs to manage, freeing up time for more complex patient needs while ensuring cancellations are handled quickly and accurately. If your organization uses Appointment Accelerator, the newly opened slot can automatically be offered to other patients keeping your schedule full.

Next step: This feature will be automatically enabled for eligible Veradigm organizations.

What’s new: Urgent notifications can now be delivered as critical alerts on iOS devices, allowing important calls and alerts to bypass silent mode.

How this helps you: Time-sensitive notifications are seen immediately, helping your team respond faster and support urgent patient needs without delay.

Next step: This feature will be automatically available for devices on the latest iOS app version.
