Find patient communications by date range
What’s new: You can now search for patient communications from the last two years, rather than being limited to three months. Simply select a start and end date to see all communications sent within that range

Dashboard
Quickly access the “Select a Practice” screen from the Dashboard
What’s new: Dashboard users with access to multiple instances of Phreesia can now switch between them more easily by clicking “Select a Practice” on your Dashboard.
How this helps you: You’ll be able to access all the Dashboards you need with a single username and password. Just select the Dashboard you want to work with by clicking “Select a Practice.” No need to log out and back in to switch views!

Receive clearer user management messages
What’s new: We’ve updated some of the Dashboard user management emails your staff will receive, such as new user and password confirmation/reset emails.

Registration
Know when your PadX or ArrivalsX devices need attention
What’s new: We’ve added a “Status” column in the “Device Management” tab of the Dashboard to alert you when your PadX or ArrivalsX need to be updated.
Click on the “View More” icon to see each device’s status as well as serial number, iOS version and OS version.
How this helps you: Timely updates ensure you’ll always have the most optimized and secure version of our software. This update gives you quicker insight into which devices need attention.

New versions of the Pain Scale modules
We’ve added Pain Scale modules for all major joints: shoulders, hips, knees, elbows and more.
We also created Version B of our Pain Scale Only module to include “best” and “worst” pain questions.
Standardized tools
We now offer the following clinically validated patient-reported outcomes (PROs).
Western Ontario Shoulder Instability Index (WOSI)
This 21-item tool assesses shoulder-related quality of life in patients with shoulder instability across four domains: physical symptoms, recreation and work, lifestyle, and emotion.
Hepatitis Risk Assessment Tool
This 15-item questionnaire assesses patients’ risk for Hepatitis A, B and C so providers can identify patients who may need vaccination and/or testing for viral hepatitis.
