We deploy new and updated content with every release.

Standardized tools

We now offer the following clinically validated patient-reported outcomes (PROs).

PHR: Prediabetes Risk Assessment

This evidence-based tool screens for risk of prediabetes and type 2 diabetes by evaluating factors such as family history, blood pressure, physical activity, weight, and history of gestational diabetes.

PHR: Lie/Bet Questionnaire

The Lie/Bet Questionnaire is a quick, two-question screening tool designed to identify individuals who may be experiencing problematic or pathological gambling behaviors.

PHRL: PCL-5 Screener (Criterion A Version Only)

The PCL-5 – Criterion A Version adds a trauma assessment to the standard 20-item PTSD symptom questionnaire. Patients identify their most distressing traumatic event, enabling a more complete screening by confirming trauma exposure alongside symptom reporting.

PHR: Modified Harris Hip Score (mHHS)

The Modified Harris Hip Score (mHHS) is a validated, 8-item patient-reported outcome measure that assesses hip pain, gait, and daily activities. It is designed to capture patients’ perspectives on hip function and functional limitations.

Language Updates to PHR: Emergency Contacts and PHR: Responsible Party

The Emergency Contact and Responsible Party modules have been updated with clearer, more intuitive wording to help patients better understand what information is being requested. These enhancements reduce confusion and support a smoother, more accurate check-in experience.
