Phreesia Named 2020 Best in KLAS for Patient Intake Management

New York, NY- January 31, 2020—Phreesia today announced it has been named 2020 Best in KLAS for Patient Intake Management by the research and insights firm KLAS. In its annual report, “2020 Best in KLAS: Software and Services,” KLAS recognized the industry’s top-performing healthcare IT and services companies, based on feedback from health systems and payers from around the country.

“Providers and payers demand better performance, usability, and interoperability from their vendor partners every year,” said KLAS President Adam Gale. “Best in KLAS winners set the standard of excellence in their market segment. Earning a Best in KLAS award should both excite and humble the recipients. It serves as a signal to providers that they should expect only the best from the winning vendors.”

The Best in KLAS designation is reserved for leading software and services vendors that have the broadest operational and clinical impact on healthcare organizations. Phreesia earned the overall top score based on provider criteria across a range of areas, including culture, loyalty, operations, product, relationship and value.

This is the second year in a row Phreesia has been recognized by KLAS. In 2019, Phreesia became the first vendor to be named Category Leader for Patient Intake Management after KLAS launched the new category in 2018.

“This recognition is a testament to our commitment to transforming the patient intake process,” said Phreesia CEO Chaim Indig. “We’re grateful to our clients, their patients and our team members for their support, and we’re excited to continue delivering on our mission of creating a better, more engaging healthcare experience.”
