Phreesia offers both unidirectional and bidirectional integration options to integrate with your current workflow.
Every practice software has its own limitations. These limitations determine how much information is transferred, in which direction(s), and how automated the data transfer is.
Depending on the complexity of the integration, Phreesia integration can take anywhere from one hour to a few weeks to install.
All installations are done remotely over the phone, and Phreesia works around your schedule. We require access to one computer in your office, but the installation process will not disrupt your existing workflow or systems.

Once patients have updated their personal information, Phreesia can update your patient management system, which saves your staff time.
Many practices prefer having their physicians update clinical information after speaking with patients. While the industry standard has not been formalized, Phreesia does export clinical data in a way that many software companies have adapted to and are using to import clinical data.
