Integration with Phreesia
Does Phreesia Integrate?
- Yes. Phreesia supports a wide array of industry standard technologies for integration. These include: HL7 v2.3, HL7 v3.0, CCR, CSV, X-Link, and PDF.
Of all Phreesia's supported integration methods, which one is recommended?
- Phreesia's industry standard HL7 v2.3 interface is our most robust as this time.
What elements of HL7 v2.3 do you support?
- Phreesia supports bi-directional ADT messaging (over 85 fields on export and 60 fields on import) as well as inbound SIU scheduling import.
Will Phreesia integrate with my PMS/EMR?
- Yes (most likely). There are 100s of PMS and EMR systems on the market. Most of them do support some form of integration compatible with Phreesia.
- Ask your PMS/EMR vendor which integration technologies they support, or feel free to have them contact Phreesia at integration@phreesia.com so we can work out the technical details.
Do you have a list of PMS/EMR vendors that are known to integrate with Phreesia?
- Coming soon! Phreesia is developing a formal Integration Partners Program which will certify vendors at 4 tiers of integration (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum), which will coincide with our latest robust HL7 implementation.
- Stay tuned for this growing list of certified vendors to be published on our website later this year. If you are a vendor, and would like more details on this program, please contact Phreesia at integration@phreesia.com.
Integration Partners Program
Why do you have a tiered Integration Partners Program?
- Integration can mean many things. Each integration tier is increasingly robust, but requires an increasing level of capability on the part of our vendor partners.
- The tiered levels of Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum allow us to clearly communicate to our customers which capabilities a particular vendor supports.
What are the capabilities in each of the integration tiers?
- Bronze level includes a single directional ADT feed for new patients. Generally this is from Phreesia to the PMS/EMR, but it can also be in the reverse direction.
- Silver level adds ADT support for returning patients as well as workflow automation.
- Gold level requires a bi-directional ADT feed for both new and returning patients. It also adds optional SIU scheduling integration.
- Platinum level integration extends beyond ADT demographics and incorporates clinical data integration.
If I am a vendor, how can I learn more about the Phreesia Integration Partners Program or the technical interface details?
- Email integration@phreesia.com and we will take the conversation from there.
