What is integration and what does it do?
Integration connects Phreesia with your existing office software. It allows patient information to be updated and managed electronically.
Does Phreesia integrate with my current software?
Most scheduling, billing, and clinical solution software products (EHR/PMS/EMR/RCM) on the market support integrations compatible with Phreesia.

What integration options does Phreesia offer?
Phreesia offers both unidirectional and bidirectional integration options to integrate with your current workflow.
Every practice software has its own limitations. These limitations determine how much information is transferred, in which direction(s), and how automated the data transfer is.
How long does it take to get Phreesia integrated with my current systems?
Depending on the complexity of the integration, Phreesia integration can take anywhere from one hour to a few weeks to install.
All installations are done remotely over the phone, and Phreesia works around your schedule. We require access to one computer in your office, but the installation process will not disrupt your existing workflow or systems.
How will integration with Phreesia change my work flow?
Phreesia's integration capabilities will streamline your workflow! Where you may be using two (or more) separate systems for different functions, Phreesia integration can help automate steps, reducing the amount of manual work required in your daily workflow.
How does integration benefit me and my practice?
Integration with Phreesia will save time for both your staff and your patients, in turn saving your office money.
Information—such as patient demographics, insurance, scheduling and billing—can pre-populate into Phreesia, making the patient check-in process faster and minimizing human error. Once patients have updated their personal information, Phreesia can update your patient management system, which saves your staff time.
How do I get clinical information into my software?
Many practices prefer having their physicians update clinical information after speaking with patients. While the industry standard has not been formalized, Phreesia does export clinical data in a way that many software companies have adapted to and are using to import clinical data.
