Appointments

Appointment Form Accessibility Enhancements (Ongoing)

Over the next few months, our team plans to release small improvements that help make our forms more accessible to more patients.

We recognize that if our forms fall short of meeting accessibility standards like color contrast, for example—not all patients will be able to book or request appointments online. It’s important to take these steps to make our products available to as many patients as possible.

Enhancements will automatically appear on appointment forms as they’re released. Please reach out to your Phreesia representative with any questions.

Multilanguage for Appointment Forms: Text Formatting

With this release, we’re adding a formatting toolbar to the edit overlay in the Translation Manager to help users properly format translated text. Previously, there was no way to ensure translated text has the same formatting, and patients could miss out on important information or links when scheduling online in a language other than English.

Supported formatting options on the toolbar include:

  • Bold
  • Italics
  • Underline
  • Strikethrough
  • Bullets
  • Numbering
  • Link

You will be able to apply those formatting options to translated text in the following categories:

  • Self-scheduling intercept messages
  • Self-scheduling customized global settings
    • Front page text
    • Search footer
    • No availability text
    • Search suggestion text
    • Verification footer
    • Verification code not sent text

Update to PHR: Insurance Module Education Screen

We will update and streamline the introductory text in our PHR: Insurance Module Suite to help you provide a more engaging patient experience with fewer clicks.

By incorporating the education screen alongside the questions and slightly adjusting the verbiage, we’ll ensure that patients are informed about the importance of reviewing and updating their insurance details as needed.

This update will be applied to our PHR: Insurance Module Suite on November 11.

New PHR: Osteoporosis Risk Assessment Module

New PHR: Healthy Habits (2-9 and 10-18) Modules
