Most forms have many pages of instructions which detail how to fill them out. Quite often, these instructions are on web pages, requiring users to be online. With Formatta, you can link to web pages directly on the Internet, or embed these pages directly in your forms. These HTML pages then become Help Files, and display in Formatta's Help Browser window when a user presses F1.
The Help Browser is a real HTML browser running inside Formatta Filler. As such, it fully supports HTML (hypertext markup language), hyperlinks to other embedded pages or web sites, DHTML (dynamic hypertext markup language), graphics, and metatags. In addition, help files can include any number of commands just like forms do.
The Help Browser is also dockable, meaning that users can move or resize the window as needed.
The Help Browser is designed with a clean user interface, without unnecessary menu options or icons. Access to Forward, Back, Print, and Refresh is available by right-clicking anywhere in the window.
