How is this different from Phreesia’s current patient payments offerings?
In addition to Phreesia’s existing patient payment tools—email and text message notifications, full and partial payments and
the ability for patients to easily pay their bills online—Patient Bill Pay offers:
Dynamic, up-to-date bill that continually reflects new charges and payments
Intuitive itemized bill presentment and receipts
Automated, intelligent bill notifications

Your Phreesia account representative will walk you through your implementation and supply your team with getting-started
materials. This includes a discovery workbook where we will gather preliminary information to ensure a seamless configuration.
