Intake for Telehealth

Phreesia knows that many healthcare organizations are evaluating ways to offer more telehealth options to patients, particularly in response to COVID-19. To support those efforts, we have introduced Phreesia Intake for Telehealth, which allows our clients to gather important patient information for each telehealth visit, as well as consents, at scale. Patients pre-register ahead of the visit using Phreesia Mobile, which includes education about how the visit will work. Just before the appointment, patients receive specific instructions and information for the session, such as a link to enter the virtual waiting room.

A large multi-specialty group in Florida used Phreesia to capture intake information for over 19,000 telehealth visits (33% of total visits) within the first 3 weeks of going live with Intake for Telehealth.
