Aunt Martha's Healthcare Network encompasses 17 community health centers in Illinois, providing a full range of primary medical, dental and behavioral health services. AMHN saw 315,000 patients in 2009—roughly 6,000 patient visits per week—up from 240,000 patients from the previous year, and it has been growing rapidly beyond its current capacity. Prior to implementing Phreesia, AMHN collected inaccurate patient information, and its centers faced long patient wait times and decreasing patient satisfaction. AMHN was looking for ways to streamline workflow and enable better patient services. In this vein, it turned to Phreesia to improve accuracy of patient demographic, insurance and clinical information; decrease paper forms; increase reimbursement and payment collection; and improve overall patient satisfaction.

Within one-and-a-half months of using Phreesia, and after completing 3,500 check-ins, AMHN showed a projected growth of 129% in collections, and staff couldn't be happier.
