We are looking for an individual who is a quick study and possesses: intellect, superior problem solving capabilities, solid data analysis aptitude and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Phreesia’s Director of Marketing role responsibilities include:
- Creating and executing world-class marketing programs directed towards physicians and other healthcare stakeholders
- Developing intimate knowledge of Phreesia’s product offerings, to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Creating and managing all strategies and tactics designed to recruit physicians (including direct marketing)
- Ensuring the achievement of internal business goals, by utilizing all marketing channels
- Analyzing data from multiple sources, and drawing business-driving conclusions from this analysis
- Managing Phreesia’s corporate website, including utilizing SEO
- Creating results-focused positioning and messaging related to the healthcare industry
- Managing Phreesia’s trade show presence, company collateral and basic public relations and communication initiatives
- Creating and maintaining detailed reporting, related to all efforts
- Understanding and interpreting customer behavior and their reactions to our marketing efforts
Qualifications:
- A graduate degree is preferred (MBA, MHA, MPH, etc.)
- A minimum of four-to-six years of relevant work experience, with a focus on marketing, product management and strategy responsibility
- Proven results as an innovator
- Knowledge of marketing within the healthcare industry, specifically to physicians, is preferred
- Experience utilizing quantitative, data analysis-based market research
- Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
