Tom Altier

Chief Financial Officer

Tom brings over 30 years of financial management experience to the chief financial officer role, including a “Big Four” career foundation and experience with several venture-backed, emerging-growth and SaaS businesses. As CFO of Phreesia, Tom is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, financial analysis and internal controls. Prior to joining Phreesia, Tom was CFO at Perceptive Pixel, a developer of high-end, multi-touch display screens and related software, which was acquired by Microsoft in 2012. Tom is a CPA, and holds a BA and MBA from Columbia University.

Michael Davidoff

Vice President, Product Marketing

Michael oversees business and channel development, and is responsible for Phreesia's payment platform. Prior to joining Phreesia, Michael held research and product development roles at the March of Dimes, where he led informatics initiatives and published multiple studies in peer-reviewed journals. He was previously with Merck and Co., where he discovered key genes in cancer progression and studied the feasibility of combination vaccines.

Michael earned an MPH from the University of Minnesota and a BS in biophysics from Boston College.

Ralph Gonzales, MD, MSPH

Chief Medical Advisor

Dr. Ralph Gonzales, who advises Phreesia on its ongoing clinical innovation, is a general internist and professor of medicine, epidemiology and biostatistics at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). His research focuses on development, implementation and evaluation of programs that improve the quality, efficiency and safety of healthcare delivery. Through his clinical duties at the Screening and Acute Care Clinic at UCSF, Dr. Gonzales has established a clinical program that complements his research program, which aims to improve the quality and value of care in acute care settings. Dr. Gonzales and his colleagues have developed and tested patient-facing computerized applications in order to improve the appropriate prescribing of antibiotics, expedite care for women with uncomplicated urinary tract infections and facilitate provision of preventive health services such as cancer screening, chlamydia screening and tobacco cessation counseling.

Dr. Gonzales has also played a significant role in clinical and translational research training and career development at UCSF, serving as the director of the UCSF Program in Implementation Science, associate director of the CTSI KL2 Career Development Program in Clinical and Translational Research and co-director of the AHRQ-sponsored K-12 Program in Patient-Centered Outcomes Research. Dr. Gonzales completed his undergraduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis, medical school and residency training in internal medicine at UCSF and a primary care research fellowship at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center.

Chaim Indig

Chief Executive Officer and Board Member

Since co-founding Phreesia in 2005, Chaim Indig has helped to revolutionize the patient check-in experience. Under his leadership, Phreesia has established a broad national footprint, developed strategic partnerships with some of the world's largest healthcare companies and earned accolades for its role in generating workplace efficiencies and improving clinical care. Phreesia has earned widespread recognition, most recently with the 2011 TripleTree iAward, and it was named Health Management Technology's "Coolest Product of 2010."

Prior to founding Phreesia, Chaim led the successful introduction of the high-end analytics software company, Spotfire, into the pharmaceutical marketing space. Chaim was also an integral member of the original team at OLAP@Work, the leader in SQL server front-end tools.

Chaim has become a trusted industry expert and speaker, and is recognized as a prominent business leader. In 2011, he was a finalist for Ernst & Young's "Entrepreneur of the Year" Award, and he was featured in the Stanford Social Innovation Review as an innovator in the healthcare field.

Dan Nathan

Vice President, Engineering

Dan manages Phreesia's Architecture, Development and QA teams, and has been with Phreesia since 2007. He is responsible for Phreesia's Core and Integration platforms. Prior to joining Phreesia, he was a developer on the Spotfire Professional Services team, working with users analyzing data in pharmaceutical research, oil and gas exploration and semiconductor manufacturing. Dan has degrees in computer science and ceramic engineering from Alfred University.

Nanette Oddo

General Manager, Patient Communication

Nanette brings over 25 years of healthcare sales to Phreesia, including marketing and analytics experience in both large and small ventures. She leads Phreesia's media and patient engagement business, where she is tasked with development, commercialization and sales of our messaging and media products on the Phreesia platform. These innovative strategies and products are designed to increase physician-patient communication throughout the patient management process, from pre- to post-patient visit. Prior to joining Phreesia, Nanette was Vice President for TNS, the world's largest fully-integrated market research organization, where she managed a global brand advertising practice. Previously, she held key positions with major firms, including Pharmetrics/IMS, CVS Caremark and Medco Health. Nanette is a Board member of the Patient Communications Council (POC3).

Nanette holds a BS degree from Texas A&M University.

Will Rideout

Vice President, Sales

Will leads Phreesia's provider network expansion strategy through direct and channel partner sales.

With over 17 years of healthcare sales and operations experience, Will has been a top producer for some of the most respected names in healthcare IT, including Allscripts and Misys Healthcare Systems. Will also served as a family practice administrator with PriCare.

He held previous positions with MDeverywhere, Wellpath Community Health Plans and the North Carolina Academy of Family Physicians.

Will earned an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler Business School. He received a BS from Cornell University.

Evan Roberts

Vice President, Customer Solutions

As vice president of Customer Solutions and co-founder of Phreesia, Inc., Evan is the technical visionary responsible for driving Phreesia's initiative to pioneer patient self-service registration and educational solutions at a low cost to physicians.

Prior to founding Phreesia, Evan was a senior sales engineer at Spotfire, a leading provider of interactive analytics software, where he helped to penetrate new markets, including pharmaceutical sales and marketing, resulting in significant net new revenue. In that capacity he developed innovative applications and trained and managed his team to support and nurture these new markets. He began his career at Spotfire as a member of the Professional Services team.

Evan holds a degree in computer engineering from Tufts University.

Amy VanDuyn

Vice President, Human Resources

Amy has nearly 13 years of experience, spanning multiple industries and within small and large companies. As vice president of human resources at Phreesia, Amy is responsible for the design and implementation of all human resources strategies, policies and processes across the company. Prior to joining Phreesia, she was the senior human resource lead at Waggener Edstrom Worldwide for their North America business units, where she worked closely with business leads to define and implement talent strategies that were aligned with their business goals.

Amy has a BA in hospitality business from Michigan State University.

Marc Winchester

Vice President, Enterprise Sales

As the leader of enterprise sales at Phreesia, Marc brings with him more than 30 years of industry experience. He has held many different roles across the entire healthcare IT spectrum, including practice management, electronic health records, telemedicine, revenue cycle management and patient engagement. Marc’s previous positions have included executive roles with Misys Healthcare Systems (now Allscripts), Digital Healthcare Systems (now EMIS PLC) and Intuit.

Marc is a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
